NNL’s 30 day mental health wellbeing challenge is an interactive and (hopefully) fun way of promoting positive mental wellbeing at this unprecedented time, where we are living and working differently.
Our mental health plays an important role in our daily life, influencing how we think, feel and behave. It also affects our ability to cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and recover from life’s setbacks and hardships.
