Nexia Solutions Managing Director, Dr Peter Bleasdale, has been appointed to the Board of the National Skills Academy for Nuclear. Selected from a high number of applicants, Dr Bleasdale takes up this influential post in January 2008.

Headquartered in West Cumbria, the National Skills Academy is a network of employer-led world-class centres of excellence delivering the skills required by each sector of the economy. Specifically, the nuclear body will promote world-class skills and career pathways to support a sustainable future for the UK nuclear industry.

Dr Bleasdale comments:

“I am delighted to be appointed to the board of such prestigious organisation this early in its life. I’m looking forward to working with other Board members to help guarantee a positive future for the UK nuclear industry.
